Felipa Gamero passed the Spanish HiSET to earn her high school equivalency. Her journey began in 2019 when she passed the Science, Social Studies, and Reading portion of the test. Then the pandemic interrupted her studies. She returned last year to study with Ms. Campos for the Math and Writing portion of the test. She passed! Now that she has earned her high school equivalency, Felipa will continue in our Saturday program, this time taking ESL classes. Congratulations on your persistence and resilience, Felipa. You are a true life-long learner!
