GREAT NEWS! Eisner Health’s team is NOW located on-site at AFOC Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8am – 1pm. They can help connect students to resources and support HIV Prevention and Care.

Eisner Health, located next door to AFOC, is a community health center, that provides health care services to all, regardless of a person’s ability to pay.  

Services include pediatrics, adult health, dental, STI testing and prevention, family planning, mental health, prenatal care, and optometry.
