Manicuring 2 – Course Overview
Manicuring 2 is the second course in the Manicuring program and serves as the capstone in the training sequence required for California State Board licensure. This 200-hour, competency-based course builds on the foundational skills taught in Manicuring 1 and prepares students for advanced nail services and real-world employment.
The course emphasizes artificial nail application techniques, advanced pedicuring, and essential career readiness skills, including professionalism, customer service, and entrepreneurship. Instruction is hands-on and standards-aligned, providing the final preparation for the licensing exam and future work in salons or as independent professionals.
